I normally don’t write reviews often, but this place deserves credit where credit is due. Every time I’ve ever been here, I’m treated SO well, and it’s by everyone from the front desk, to the prescreen eye exams, and the doctors. It’s such a calming atmosphere all around, which helps so much if you’re someone with any kind of eye exam anxieties. And this place is CLEAN! Glad I chose to come here!
Made appointment for eye exam and contact lenses, doctor didn’t expect the contact lenses situation ( I’m fine with that) didn’t take my insurance even though showing on the website of my insurance they take the plan they saying it’s inaccurate ( I’m fine with that I paid out of my pocket) printed me the expired old prescription (I’m fine with that, I went back to get the new one ) call me to come do the contact lenses class and ask me if to get the earliest possible and we got a date, I came Saturday morning am and it’s raining, guess what? They said they couldn’t take me because they don’t have enough staff and wanted me to reschedule 🙄 it’s just so hard to except this time, sorry I won’t come back there . Never write a bad reviews on anything, guess there’s always a first time 🙁
It was great. Out of the blue I decided to put an end to my years without getting my eyes checked. I was attracted by an offer on frames and consultation so I got both: two pair of glasses and my eyes examined. Doctors and technicians were very professional handling very modern equipment and Ami wrapped it all up for me with the prescription glasses. They'll be calling me in ten days when my glasses will be ready.
Popped in after having had yet another unfortunate accident with my glasses and was met with immediate attention and a quick, easy fix within minutes. And that’s always been the case with this location, even when I got my eye exam. It’s clear the owner(s) care about their work and patients.
Mei Sin did an outstanding job servicing my husbands glasses that needed to be re-adjusted. She was pleasant, quick and efficient. We appreciate the great job!
