I highly recommend this location. Everyone here is so friendly, patient and professional. Very thorough exam and Jolie was a great help when deciding on frames for myself. I also came back with an elderly family member. Again everyone was so accommodating, friendly, patient and professional. The general manager Zeph was so patient, kind and took time explaining options. Great experience and will recommend to friends and family

The front staff is nice, the waiting room is clean. The eye exam techs are good. The eye doctor seems like he didn't want to be at work today! He only spoke when he was testing my eyes, anything else I needed to undesrand I had to ask in order to get a response! I never had an eye doctor like this ever! He did a good eye exam but his social mannerism needs work. Also this location is in a mainly African American and Hispanic area, so questions will be asked.

The support staff are very unprofessional, when we first walked everyone was talking amongst themselves, no greeting or anything, the young lady then reached for my friends insurance information, still talking to her coworker about a baby....5is went on then she turns and tells my friend she doesn't have insurance. I walked out because I was mad at the level of service. Some were good though, I liked the other staff.....turned me off I was gonna inquire about what I need but I rather travel out to the other office.

First time here but not the last. Good friendly service. Even with a concern i had they addressed it and rectified my issue. Very happy 5 star

What a pleasant surprise and experience I had at this location. We were greeted warmly and receptionist was happy to answer a few questions that I had along with another gentleman who overheard and offered his assistance. The pre exam assistant was bubbly but professional and the dr was thorough with my eye exam. Then there was Joe who assisted me with the remainder of our appointment. He was so cool, kind, and professional. I had questions and concerns but Joe took care of everything. I will definitely be returning to this location.
