Cohen'S Fashion Optical

We’ve been coming here 11 years. At the time, no other optometrist in Princeton would see a child under aged 7, and my daughter needed glasses in preschool. Dr Rochetti is fair and kind. Frank can be gruff, but he does an excellent job. One receptionist is AWESOME, the other rather bitter. I like them

I will avoid this store in the future. The man behind the counter is rather rude, if not outright discourteous. Whenever he speaks, he seems to be arguing, even when responding to simple inquiries. I would prefer not to interact with him if possible. Additionally, I purchased a pair of glasses that were uncomfortable to wear. After visiting the store twice, I decided to give up. I would rather waste my money than engage with that man again.

It doesnt treat customer well, I happened to be at the store around 6.15pm for buying a new frame & there was a old man who said to me that I only have 10 mins giving me an impression that store closes at 6.30pm, but now I see the store timing & it is opened till 7pm, clearly he did not appreciate my presence & neither he wanted my business. Poor service & lost a customer for ever.

The man behind the counter was extremely rude and rushed me to pick glasses, though I was as respectful as possible. It's not that Cohen's Fashion Optical has remarkably better frames than other places, and I did not pick anything at the end. I found great pairs elsewhere, with much better customer service. Would not recommend. Also, I share similar sentiments as other people of color in not being treated respectfully or with a pleasant demeanor. Perhaps this can be a heads up to other people of color.

Optometrist is thorough, kind and gave me excellent prescriptions for my glasses. All staff are lovely, great prices. Most highly recommend!
