When I received my glasses I was assured that if anything went wrong I would be fine to replace them for a year. No extra protection plan was mentioned, or I would have purchased it. Less than two months later, I bring my glasses in with a vatiety of tiny cracks emitting from the corner on one of my lenses. The glasses were never dropped. I was told then that because I had not purchased a protection plan I could not have them replaced without paying 70 dollars for each lens. I was lied to and told that I would be able to have them replaced, without issue, within a year, and now they are saying it had to be within 30 days. 30 days would have been one week ago, and they will not replace the glasses.

This is absolutely a case of you get a little less than what you pay for. Is the staff working hard to get you out the door as quickly as possible? YES! Are they adding features to the glasses that you may not want or need? YES! Are they trying to make as much money off you as possible? YES! Do they create prices and then discount just about everything in the store, so it appears they are doing you a favor and saving you money? Yes,Yes,Yes!!! So why then do I give them 3 STARS, you ask. Because at the end of the day, you will have a pair of glasses with a new prescription that will aid you in seeing the world around you more clearly, for a lot less money than a boutique firm will charge you.

Dr Suzer found a very small difference in my previous Rx and it makes huge difference for my vision. I enjoyed my visit with Dr Suzer, he pays attention to every detail. Manager of the office Natalie made me visit very pleasant, she is professional and very kind sweet person.

Horrible costumer service it feel like they are doing me a favor when I’m paying out of pocket for a service . When I got my fist and last appointment for contracts I was waiting for 30 minutes just to pay because everyone was talking about their personal life . Also I never heard from a place that don’t have any contact trial available and I had to wait for a week just for them to give me one brand to tried instead of two that’s I agreed with the doctor . Also they can’t send u a prescription u have to go in in person . Honestly don’t waste money and time .
