This place is one of my happy places... every year I go in for my visits everyone is so helpful and the absolute nicest people you will meet in your life! Not to mention the eye doctors who help to restore vision to the visually impaired and are very patient with the... one or two... can I go back and see one again... the final thing I have to say about the facility is that they are really quick with the turnaround of actually getting your glasses. Overall I have been to exactly two eyeglass places before this and not only was I being ripped off but ripped off while someone was ignoring me... you get the exact opposite here and that is why you have to, not maybe or might, have to go to Americas Best in Freeport and experience the quality and people for yourself! And to the staff thanks again!

I had an amazing experience with America's best Freeport location. Kenley was amazing from start to finish. He was so patient with my mom and understanding. He helped us pick out some frames. I loved the service so much I decided to upgrade my glasses that day instead of putting off. Everyone in that office is very friendly. The doctor was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend 👌🏾

My experience here was amazing, shout out to KENLEY. From speaking by phone to meeting in person the service given was wonderful. He helped me with my daughter’s new prescription and the whole process was so easy. At the time of pick he even stayed behind later to help with the fitting of the glass on my daughter’s face. My daughter loves her new glasses. KENLEY is doing a terrific job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with a pair of glasses from a different location, and Kennley completely turned the experience around. He went above and beyond to help resolve the problem, even though it wasn't something he was responsible for in the first place. What really stood out was how much time and care he put into helping me. Not only did he make sure the issue was taken care of, but he also helped me pick out frames and offered thoughtful advice throughout the process. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Kennley is a shining example of what it should look like. He made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish and never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. Quite simply, he was made for this profession. His ability to connect with people, solve problems, and provide exceptional service is something special. He is truly the saving grace of this company and takes customer service to an entirely new level. Employees like Kennley are the reason customers remain loyal and continue coming back. Management should know what an incredible asset they have, he deserves recognition, a raise, and every opportunity to advance within the company.
