America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My partner and I stopped in the Liverpool location today because we are both loyal patients of Dr. Suffolk. He's always fantastic and this time was no different. I got to see some new faces today as well. Both of which were fantastic!! They both were running the place by themselves and didn't break a sweat. Chae and Mike were AMAZING from start to finish. They both were very personable and made it feel like I've known them for years. You both should give yourselves pats on the back. I'll keep coming back for Suffolk, but now you guys too!

Fantastic staff. Easy and smooth appointment. They really helped with picking out my glasses. And the best part— the staff is fun! They helped me get the price possible. Will be back!

The entire staff of the Liverpool office was phenomenal. I should have completed a review before now but have been traveling. I was there in August - Kristi Custer is a terrific manager - juggles and problem solves while demonstrating great service and making everyone feel welcomed. Dr. Suffolk and Kyle tended to my technical and medical eye needs. Jackie was terrific. I went in the day before my appointment and they were busy both days - handled walk ins as if they were interruption and still gave everyone attention. The Americas Best in my town is okay but I’ll always go to this one - hands down. They are a terrific team and a model for other stores. I’ll return next year! Thank you all!

Nakia is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! She's got this infectious energy and bubbly personality that instantly puts you at ease. Every time I visit America's Best, she's always smiling, laughing, and making sure I feel like family. Her friendly demeanor and warm personality make what could be a stressful experience (getting glasses, ugh!) into a delightful one. I only ever see her because I know I'll leave feeling happy and cared for. She's truly passionate about what she does, and it shows in the exceptional service she provides. (:

The best crew I've ever seen while getting my eyes checked and serviced everyone there was totally 100% perfect. The doctor tremendous my first time and it will never be my last time. If you're looking for a great place to go America's Best Great Northern Clay, New York. I'm telling everyone please visit them even for a pair of sunglasses.
