If you want to see an in-person optometrist you should go on the website. It will tell you what appointments are available. Check the site often to get an earlier appointment as people cancel their appointments throughout the day and then they become available.the schedule looked like he was in person every Tuesday and Thursday. He was great and has been doing his job for years! I was able to get some daily contacts right then for free because I was out. The staff are extremely nice and helpful! I didn't see one person who left without a smile. The options for glasses are numerous, sadly they no longer carry Vera Bradley frames. I was able to find a frame that fit my face and was lightweight. Between my husband and I we are there for all our glasses and contacts needs. My husband had an issue with his glasses hurting his nose. They swapped out the nose pads and made several adjustments to get it right. They made sure he was happy.

The eye examination was very professional & the eye doctor was knowledgeable about double vision, my effects after a TBI. He didn't just hear what I was saying...He listened! I felt understood. When I went to find glasses, Darryl helped me. He is always great ! He takes his time. Great personality. He is my go to when I'm looking for glasses.10/10 would recommend the Liverpool Visionworks to anyone.

Do not go to this horrible place ! I was in their parking lot on a Saturday. I was only 11 minutes late for apt,not 15 minutes.they called to cancel my apt ! It was Saturday ,I work mon to fri & try to relax on Saturdays .i tried to explain to their customer service,but she insisted that they only allow 10 minutes late !!!!!!!!!!!! Even then I was already parked in their parking lot, & late by only ONE minute !!!!! We are human brings ,not machines and should be helped if we are already in the office .cancelling important medical apts ,esp for eyes,for one minute delay is NOT OK ! these horrible and uncultured people don’t even treat their customers as humans!

got there at 9:50am for my 10am appointment, there was one other person in the waiting area who got called back at 10 while i continued to sit there until almost 11am. i know having lack of staff isn’t any of the employees fault but why did the technician schedule me at the same time as someone else if they didn’t have any other staff to accommodate?? i would’ve just come in at a different time💔

The eye doctor was very through and knowledgeable. Britney McBride recommended this Dr to us since the camillus store doesn't have a in person doctor so we went to visionworks in Liverpool. The staff Trisha was very helpful when we chose the glasses and gave her a very honest option.
