I would like to thank Dana Sherman. I had ordered two pairs of glasses. After receiving, there needed to be a small adjustment. I came back and was received warmly and professionally by the staff. They corrected the adjusment with genuine warmth and concern. Thank you!! Michelle Israel
First, I will say I did not purchase the advertised $85 dollar exam and two pair of glasses deal. I paid $493.00 for exam and two pair of glasses. I ordered them on 4/24 with an expected date of 5/7. Not hearing from them, I called on 5/8 for a status on my order and was told I could come in anytime; they were at the store. Shame the customer needs to call to find out if their order has arrived. I went in on same day to pick them up, one pair fits nice, other pair looks crooked on me. I am told there is nothing they can do about it, that my eyebrows are crooked! Did not offer in any way to help resolve the issue. Over 55 years of wearing glasses , this is the first time I have received a pair of glasses that did not fit right and could not be adjusted. I did not raise my voice. but feel future customers should just be aware of my experience at this store and location. I will get some tape or something to raise one side up to make them look straight ... like every pair I have ever purchased in my 55 years of wearing glasses. If they read this review and try to help me, I will politely decline since they already told me there was nothing they could do to fix them even though they are new and I was very dissatisfied at the time of my picking them up . I am not one to just give poor google reviews, anyone reading this can look up all my past reviews to see I give high praise to most all places I have reviewed. Buyer beware.
Came in for a simple exam and just needed the prescription but had to wait 30+ mins while everyone is getting fitted for glasses before they could give me the prescription and let me pay. Just came in to have an exam and get the prescription to order online but because I am not purchasing glasses or lenses from them I must wait for them to press print on the computer and charge me for the exam. Absolutely ridiculous.
FIRST VISIT ON 3/6/26. THE FRONT DESK STAFF GETS 5 STARS!!! WE WERE A WALKIN & ROSA WAS ABLE TO GET US RIGHT IN. MY DAUGHTER BROKE HER 4TH PAIR OF GLASSES!! AS FOR THE "DR", NO PERSONALITY AT ALL. WE COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING AS SHE SPOKE LOW & FAST. NOT AT ALL PERSONABLE. DIDN'T ASK MY DAUGHTER ABOUT HERSELF AT ALL. THE VISIT FELT RUSHED. NEXT, WE MET WITH THE LADY WHO FINISHED THE VISIT. SHE WAS ALSO VERY NICE AND PLEASANT.
