America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The techs were great, the virtual provider was good and to the point, and while the eyeglass fitter, Ruby, was nice, she automatically charged us for the $25 yearly protection plan without informing us. She only stated we have a year protection plan which made it seem as if it was included which we noticed was not when we received our itemized bill. When we pointed it out, she simply said sorry, and that it’s better in the long run. That was not her decision to make to automatically charge us for it. I asked for a refund and she said the process was to fully refund the entire purchase and charge it again but that the return probably would take about 5 days to fully refund. It seemed like a hassle to be honest and so I left it at that but for the reason of feeling like she purposefully omitted the protection plan fee, and also that it seems they are no longer as conservative in cost with add ons, I will not return to America’s Best again in the future.

I called the store and told them the website price. The store quoted a different price. I had the store go ahead and order the lenses and the multifocal contacts arrived to my home in 3 days so much faster than expected. I went to the store and explained the price difference from website and store and LeAnna helped me with a price match and did a refund. She was understanding and fast and reassured me to always let the store know and they can help with price match. She made the process easy. I really appreciate all she did to make things right. Great customer service highly recommend I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks LeAnna

I’ve been coming to America’s best for 12 years. They Avon locations awesome great people great doctors knowledgeable staff two pairs for 80 bucks. I get about 2 1/2 years off each classes very good place to go to people who give them bed reviews that’s on them. I’ve never had a bad thing to say people you’ll get what you pay for I’ve had pair of $500 glasses that broke within six months This promotion is created for people who can’t afford to high price glasses

I've been coming here for years, the staff are all wonderful. I've never had a bad experience. I'm often greeted by name when I show up, I've arranged for my father, and now my son to start coming here as well! My little guy loves it, everyone is always so patient with him. We came in today to get his glasses adjusted and Leanna took great care of him. We left and he kept talking about how nice she was.

Leanna was absolutely awesome. Greeted me with a great smile as soon as I walked in. Answered all my questions and was very upbeat and super friendly. Leanna was very knowledgeable about her position. Made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. She is a great asset to Americas Best.
