great staff once you're in there, but their tele-customer service / scheduling coordination is a bit of a mess. i'm in a bit of a unique situation with my glasses and vision insurance. requested an appointment through the online form and was called by a representative. after explaining my situation she said she'd double-check my insurance eligibility and call me back. she didn't call me for almost a week, so i called myself. when we got to scheduling i she mentioned that she was scheduling me for the akron location (which i don't even think exists). i've gone to this avon location multiple times, and i'm surprised that wasn't in the system. she transferred me to the operator at the avon location, who was very unhelpful and quite short with me. i explained my situation and asked my questions, all of which she gave very definitive non-answers to (because i don't think she understood what i was trying to say). i didn't schedule on the phone with her out of frustration. good clinic otherwise, but your customer service needs to get it together
