America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I am very disappointed with this location. I have used America’s Best before in Tampa, Florida, and always received the "2 pairs for $95.99" deal exactly as advertised. However, this Ohio location seems to manipulate the facts. For the exact same offer, they charged me $195.99—nearly double the price for the same service and products. Beyond the pricing issues, the service is a mess: • No On-Site Lab: They don't have a lab at this location, so you are forced to wait two weeks for your glasses. • Zero Communication: They never called me when my glasses were finally ready. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. • Unreliable Service: The staff and management seem completely disorganized. I’m not sure if it’s just this specific location or how they operate across Ohio, but it is nothing like the professional experience I had in Florida. If you're looking for the advertised deals and timely service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Dr. Saenz was great. Listened and explained. Milana assisted me with glasses selection then took the time to check my vision insurance vs the store cost. She's really lovely. They have a really great selection of affordable frames. Top Shelf experience!

When I got my glasses it took 3 weeks till they were done I finally called and they said they were done 1 week ago. I received no phone call to let me know they were done. Now I call because my glasses are broken and they didn't even check my account and said no warranty which I paid cash for but she didn't even check. Im trying to use my insurance and they don't expect it. I have very good insurance. I hate this place and customer service is terrible!!!!!!!

Kelli at the front desk is terribly rude. It was thunder storming so I called the store informing them that I was running about 5 minutes late due to an accident on the highway. I arrived 7 minutes late and was told my appointment was cancelled because of the extra 2 minutes. Kelli was not friendly in delivering this information and she cancelled my appointment prematurely.

Decent once you get into the actual exam, but that takes around an hour. Every single time I've come to this location, I've waited in the waiting room for at least an hour, even when it isn't busy. On one occasion, the optometrist didn't come in until 45 minutes after the office opened which led to the wait. Other than that, all of the staff is extremely pleasant. Just make sure you actually do allot 90 minutes as they suggest.
