I came from over an hour away for my appointment and I can’t say enough about the amazing service and professionalism I received. Dr. Evans was outstanding! As I am aging, I appreciated her patience with all my questions and concerns. My glasses are perfect a fit and they were helpful in selecting them. Then, because I drove an hour plus, they had the glasses shipped to my home. I will continue to make that drive from now on for my eye exams. Again, an exceptional place with wonderful, courteous staff. Thank you, Dr. Evans for your compassionate care!!

I want to give a big shout out to Michaela! I appreciated her professionalism, answered all of our questions and concerns, and most importantly she had a positive and welcoming attitude! She was the only one who was kind enough to show my son excitement for his first time getting glasses. She is an amazing employee! But our experience wasn’t great, our appointment was at 5:30, got there 15 mins ahead of time. It was a little after 5:30, we were told it would be an extra 20 to maybe 30mins. No one came to me and let me know it was going to take longer or apologized for the inconvenience the whole time in the waiting room. I almost cancelled our entire appointment, but the frustration of setting this appointment 3 weeks prior and already having to wait was enough. The exam didn’t start until 15 mins before close, so almost 7pm. I asked one employee about the deals going on and Michaela was the only one able to answer any questions. Seemed like the others were just ready to leave and got a careless and dry attitude from the doctor. It’s was a crappy experience and really put a damper on my son’s first time. Thank you Michaela for you kindness!

Questionable customer service I encountered for my wife's glasses. They promised her eyeglasses by Tuesday March 17th, 2026 and now coming up with silly excuses for the delays & will exceed 2 full weeks for her "new" glasses. She received her glasses 2 full days past the 2 week wait for her glasses. Worst lab this place uses & poor excuses & so-called lab that do not seem to understand that frames ARE WITH THE lenses for glasses & how can you "break" a plastic lens?? One time, they said their lab was in Mexico. Why Mexico? Next time, I talked to the manager and he stated, their lab is in Minnesota. This review pertains ONLY to the Beavercreek, Ohio location. One good bright area was Dr Nicollette Evans there & she was excellent on her eye exam on my wife. Dr Evans really did a very thorough eye exam on my wife & I was pleased....so was my wife pleased with her patience and thoroughness of her eye examinations with my wife's eyes. Overall, my opinion of the staff at this America's Best eye place in Beavercreek, Ohio was really not too bad. Anyways, overall I edited my original review and changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I still think my wife will take her business elsewhere for her next pair of eyeglasses because it's her decision, not mine.

My trips to the eye doctor are always quick and enjoyable here! The staff is great and cares for every customer. My doctor, Dr. Evans, is respectful, thorough, and clearly takes great pride in her work. If you’re looking for an upgrade from your eye doctor, let this be your place.

This office is full of highly respectful, caring, and motivated doctors. Specifically, I never have any complaints about Dr. Evans. She is extremely professional and always provides for the best conversations during our time together. I couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor! Highly recommend this team!
