6/18/26 ....update got eye exam Dr Su, she's great, seen her for years. Very nice knowledgeable remember my name....gave me great advice...love her. Highly recommend. I did have a nice gentleman by the name of Josh help today, he was nice and they did give me a $50.00 discount for chipping my glasses last night. I went ahead and ordered a pair, hopefully they last longer then the ones I had before. They no longer do same day service so have to wait a week. Better today but still very disappointed by the previous 2 days. They are approved by my insurance and I had $100 off coupon onto my insurance. 6/17/26 ...update went back again today to get my glasses repaired waited an hour while they worked on them and they chipped my glasses on the bottom right lense....it was not chipped before ....did not fix them ...made them worse. Now I need new glasses .....had to make eye appointment to get new prescription so I can get new glasses. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 the manager offered my 50% off new pair but then once she found out I have insurance she said $50.00 off ....I'm so upset 😡 it was the manager this time. BEFORE and AFTER PICS BELOW .... Horrible service!! Got my glasses there spent over 300 dollars, now they loose and I took them back to be repaired only to be told they couldn't fix them tonight I'd have to come back tomorrow....ridiculous. I thought someone was there during business hours for repairs. It was only 6:30pm 6/16/26 they open til 8pm. Very disappointed with them Do Not Recommend!! Told come back tomorrow between 1pm an 8pm.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Amber, Micah and Mireya! All of them were friendly, genuine, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, laugh at my medical glove balloon from the eye exam, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and experienced they were while still being approachable and easy to talk to. They were prompt, professional, and never made me feel rushed (while also exhibiting great patience while I made funny faces in the iPad camera lol). It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Micah and Mireya made what could have been a routine visit into a genuinely positive experience. Thank you both for your help!
I cannot say enough about my positive experience at this LensCrafters. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They checked on me several times and made sure I got my contacts on very short notice. They saved the day and made me feel at ease even when other stores were not able to help me!
I had such an awesome experience at the Fairfield Commons Mall location. I was getting new glasses following a surgery to restore vision I had lost from a tumor. I got to work with Sam who was amazing. He was so patient and understanding of my situation. And I had new insurance that I wasn’t familiar with, but Sam was able to explain all my benefits and direct me on how to get the best use of them. He even helped me pick out a great pair of frames that look great on me. So a huge shout out to Sam for being so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped! I was directed to the back with the chairs and Kayla helped me very promptly! I asked for an adjustment and she asked if I had rubbing from my nose pads which I did and she asked when the last time I had new nose pads. She said she would give me some new ones for free along with an adjustment! While waiting another associate asked if I had been helped! Wonderful customer service from the moment I walked in from everyone! Thank you so much for the help!
