I am beyond happy with the springmill road store in Ontario Ohio. Kelley Mitchell is wonderful. She helped me find a couple pairs of glasses for a great deal. I had limited funds but i still got 2 pairs. She matched the online price of their website which was great because i didnt have to deal with any hassles that might occur with online purchasing. In the past iv went to other places but they get pushy about upgrading lenses or frames. I have not had that issues with ontarios americas best. Ive gotten glasses here for the past couple years because of price and because the entire staff is so helpful and nice. I highly recommend them

Went in to order my glasses and my mamas too. The GM was amazing! I had to bring my kids, age 3 and 5 months and Kelley was absolutely terrific. She not only did her job quickly and efficiently, she helped keep my toddler busy and played with her a little too! First time my toddler liked a stranger! Will always come back here for any of my glasses in the future!

Doctor Sweeney was super nice and informative. Appreciate her! And the sales associate Kelley, was also super nice and informative. I was in and out in an hour. I felt welcomed and not rushed. Will definitely be going back!

I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service with Emily. She was kind, considerate and extremely helpful and quite the opposite experience that I had in the Kent store.

Don't remember the guys name that work there but he very helpful and nice. When I sign up for the eye contacts beginner class he was very patient with helping understand how to put contacts. He also fix my broken glasses.
