I recently had my annual eye exam at Shopko Optical and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient. They got me checked in quickly and went over how the process works with the Telehealth doctor and technician. My previous eye doctor would take at least a month or two to get me seen for an annual exam. At Shopko in Ontario, I called in the morning and had an appointment scheduled for 11am. Brittany was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything very well. The Telehealth optometrist was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly — including my prescription changes and recommendations for lens options. I felt like they genuinely cared about my eye health rather than rushing me through. After the exam, Brittany helped me choose everything I needed for my lenses and broke down the cost. It was right in my budget. They even adjusted my old sunglasses before I left. The whole process was smooth, affordable, and much better than I expected.
