I actually like the prescription, but wht makes me like this place is the young lady at the front desk. My first time at AB and there was a very big issue with my insurance, I was told yes and no that AB accepts my insurance. It happen to be the young lady I believe her name is begins with a "J" it was her first day at the job. She called and researched and found out the issue. And, corrected the billing issue. She then said "This helped me learn to assist someone else". Which helped me to decide that AMERICAN BEST in NORTHWAY Mall hired a real 1!! So I now go to that location only! Thank u.. Oh the glasses are not the best in sturdiness but 2 pair for $119 *with my extremely HIGH Astigmatism RX* I can deal with it!

Doctors are fine, administration and office is a joke. I've been a customer for years. I have one online account that I've always used. For some reason my prescription that I received in April is not in my online account. No one can help me. The store cannot load it. They told me to call the customer service number, which I did and I got someone who couldn't speak English and said they would load it but didn't. In this day and age, how can I not possibly have access to my own prescription in my own online account?

My second visit here and I have no complaints. The woman checking me was very nice. The tech who ran my tests and prepped me for the doctor was polite and knowledgable. Patrick was amazing. Super helpful, well spoken and personable! My yearly visit was already scheduled by the time I checked out. I was in and out for a full exam and picked out glasses within 30 minutes. Great place with tons of options.

I had a great experience will ALL of the staff. The doctor listened to my problems and I got an update prescription with no issues. Jacob was very thorough with pricing during the process of selecting glasses. I was very happy with his service.

Patrick was a fantastic help getting my glasses fixed this morning. I'll be back here to work with him getting some new frames soon! Definitely recommend stopping in here for any work needed done!
