I had an absolutely lovely experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I get bad anxiety and they were so understanding! Holly was very helpful and made the part that gives me most anxiety (insurance) very easy!! Karla was the sweetest and most helpful mother like figure who didn't yell at me for not knowing about proper contact hygiene but educated me and gave me the tools to do better and Cayla was so friendly, easing my anxiety completely away!! I am almost 40 and have been wearing glasses since 4th grade, this is the best experience I've had in all my years. I am most grateful for their hospitality and customer service.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I wish I could remember everyone’s names to mention them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and affordable place for eye care. Shout out to Cayla who ordered my glasses!
My experience was not as smooth as it could have been, but I have just got to hand it out to Janessa (Manager) and Dr. Fitzpatrick for actually LISTENING! They finally fixed the problem I was having and Janessa went the extra mile by shipping my glasses so I wouldn't have to make yet another 4 hour round trip drive. Those two ladies kept me from losing my sanity and are definitely worth giving this business a try!
I would not recommend this place. It started out great, the lady at the front desk was friendly and answered my questions about my son's insurances. Next he was taken for the first round of tests that lady was also amazing, very friendly and informative. The dr was decent. After the exam however was a nightmare. They sat us in the back waiting room to alot for the contact teach. About 10 min later I've of the staff came and got us and sat us at a computer. I told them he didn't have the teach yet and the lady just walked away. Next a gentleman came over and started doing stuff on the computer then telling me a total. ( no explanation of what was going on) I again told them he didn't get his trial contacts and didn't get his teach. The guy said they're ordered and again told me the total. I asked why the insurances didn't cover it the way the lady at the front desk said it would. He said it don't work that way. I then explained what I was told when I first got there. Then they lady that sat us down who was now standing a few feet behind this guy said we dont stack insurances. I explained that even the insurance companies said every place we go is to use our primary insurance than use the secondary for and co-pays or deductibles. The lady again said it dont work that way. So I paid them and left. I never got a call when the contacts came in so I called there today and asked if they were there the guy said yes. I told him we'd be in soon. I got there to pick them up and the lady at the desk told me he couldn't have them because he didn't have a teach. I told her he'd had contacts before and had a teach before so we'd figure it out. She gave us the contacts but said she couldn't print his prescription. I went somewhere else to order his contacts so they called America's best to get his script. They wouldn't give it to the other eye place than called me and told me we couldn't have his prescription until he does a teach. If they would have communicated properly this could all have been avoided. I ended up talking to a manager and she made excuses and said they have to wait now for the dr to come in and he's not there normal dr so he's not there often but should be within the next month. So they charged my insurance for an exam that is worthless because they won't release his prescription and they made me pay out of pocket when they should not have. Don't waste your time with this place. It sounds great at first but after seeing the dr it is utter chaos and no proper communication or billing.
Mona is the best! Not only is she friendly and personable, she is very knowledgeable about vision insurance and all aspects of the vision business. Mona was a huge help when I had multiple issues with the sunglasses I got there. She is a valuable asset at America’s Best!
