Aqsa was absolutely amazing! She made the whole process of picking out glasses so easy and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me find the right pair. I left feeling confident in my choice thanks to her help. Highly recommend!
The customer service i received was great! Very helpful, gave her opinion on what she thought looked good on me, and answered any questions I had. The downfall was the selection or petite glasses they had, and the prices. For 2 pairs of glasses cost me over $550 (one pair was sunglasses) and that was with insurance.
I had a really great experience at Eyemart Express. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. They made picking out frames easy and took the time to explain my prescription so I understood everything clearly. What impressed me the most was how fast the service was—I was able to get my glasses the same day, and they turned out perfect. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for the quality. Overall, I highly recommend Eyemart Express if you’re looking for affordable, quick, and professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Very knowledgeable doctor's and staff extremely helpful and kind. Been getting my prescription glasses from here for almost 5 years now and I have always had a great experience. They also always have deals running and plenty of options for frames to choose from. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. If you need glasses or contacts this is the place you want to go to
In Erie for work, I broke a leg off my glasses that I got from somewhere else. This place was able to repair my glasses in no time when other places wouldn’t help. Steph was wonderful and very helpful!
