Dr. Khong, she was super helpful and well informed. She went the extra steps to explain the eye exam results and shared her findings in an easy to understand way. She took the time to explain options and and make you feel comfortable. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They did not push to purchase anything extra but were knowledgeable about what you need and made honest recommendations. The office is clean and bright. This is my second year going there for an eye exam and it was a very positive experience.

Frames are so pretty, the lens are spot on! Did not have to gradually get use to them at all. MARCOS was especially nice, very professional, kind and patient. These glasses were such a bargain compared to Vision Works, I will be a die hard customer from now on. It was a pleasure doing business with you..

Updated 3/24/26. The lens just popped and their repair only lasted a few days.. The owl and employees don't give a HOOT. HOOT HOOT. Untrained employees can't even install a screw. WHAT A BUNCH OF LOSERS. 3/18/26. Americas Best eye glasses. The reason they have an owl spokes animal is they don’t give a HOOT. Their glasses are flimsy and do not have a trained staff. They couldn’t even replace my lens which popped out. I had to come back the next day. How do you spell junk > America’s Best.

Staff is very sweet, Des was awesome. I don't remember the lady's name who took me back for photos (I'm sorry 😭) but she was also very sweet and personable.
