Would give 0 stars if possible. My wife and I got eye exams and went there to get our prescription and buy glasses. The woman working there threw both of our prescriptions at my wife. She did not want to interact with us and refused to make eye contact. I tried asking about mens glasses and she pointed without looking at me. We left without getting glasses due to her attitude.

Pro specs called and left a message to say my husbands glasses were in so when I called them back to make an appointment to have them picked up Bridget asked if I was picking them up or he was picking them up and fitted. I replied he would be picking them up and she said she was going to hand me over to I think it was Mary. I was nice on the phone and had no tone in my voice to hear Bridget say she doesn’t sound nice. Well that set me off because I couldn’t of been any nicer. Then when I told my husband his glasses were in and told him what happened he informed me that when he went in for his script paper she was being rude to him. Well you lost our Business.
My husband, mother and I all recently got reading glasses here and are very pleased with the helpful and patient staff support. They even adjusted my old pair to fit better than ever. They helped us find frames aware of our needs for good fit, insurance limits and then applied discounts we were eligible for. Overall, a great e perience for all 3 of us.
I couldn’t read with my new glasses, they were not suited for my prescription so I had to choose something smaller. When Amber was adjusting my frames I read my paper work and it stated optician error but she won’t give me a credit for the price difference because my lens had to be recut. It seems a bit unfair that I have to pay for their mistake of not knowing what can and cannot work which should be a part of their job. After a few calls I received a credit for this error.
I bought glasses at the trunk store. When the frames came in - NO CALL from them. I go to the store and really just bounced around between the doctor and ProSpecs. When I reflected, it was the very nice African American Woman who looks great as a retail colleague- but NO HELP. I was sent to the doctor to get my prescription, she wouldnt help and I was given run around. I was very disappointed with the "pass the buck" service that I received at ProSpects
