I can't say enough about how outstanding this practice is!! Dr. Yannelli and her staff have always made me feel comfortable and listened to. From the moment you walk in until the end of your visit you will feel well taken care of 😊
Dr. Yannelli is one of the most caring, personable, and professional eye doctors I’ve seen. Unfortunately, the front desk is not. They are disorganized, rude, and extremely unprofessional. For that reason, I will not go back.
Excellent eye care. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Yannelli is very thorough and does an excellent job of explaining things. I had a problem with my new glasses and both she and Pam were very patient and didn't give up on me until it was right (I can see!) Thank you...five stars!
The entire staff at Precision Eye Care, especially West Chester but also of course Downingtown as I have been to both, are amazing. It is so hard to find caring medical professionals and PEC is beyond — I have an autoimmune disease that causes eye issues in an emergency fashion almost every time it presents. PEC acts so quickly to get me seen and on medication. The level of care and attention they give shows me they truly, truly care. I recommend PEC highly!!
