Friendly staff, but this appointment was a joke. Only two girls working in the building and no doctors on site. While starting my pretesting I was informed today’s visit would be virtual with the doctor, not in person. For this they required photos and videos before starting the exam. The tech had me complete these twice, both times the doctor was not satisfied and said to redo them. After 45 minutes I still had gotten no where and hadn’t started my eye exam. Staff your stores appropriately and have doctors on site. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere for my eye exams moving forward.

Great customer service at super great prices. The team at this location is top-notch. Thank you to Dr. Pasquarelli, Alyssa, Amanda, and Leesa for exceptional care. Everyone went out of their way to assist me with finding budget-friendly options and fitting me with new, trendy eyewear. If you plan to visit please note that this America's Best store is located at the Granite Run Promenade in Media, PA on the lower level near the side entrance to Boscov's.

Went to America’s best in Media Pa on Saturday and had the pleasure of dealing with Ashanti she was absolutely wonderful. Helped me with everything. She answered all of my questions. She was so Pleasant to work with . 10 out of 10 recommend America’s best In media, my appointment was at 8:50 AM and I was in and out by 9:30am

Kathy greeted me at the front desk with a smile and got me into the appointment very quickly. Keren got me started with the beginning of the appointment, she was so nice and gave me great recommendations for what works with my eyes and health history. Dr. Kaur was efficient and very knowledgeable during my appointment! Cheyenne and Amanda were amazing with helping me with glasses and contacts! Best store ever, felt like family! Thank you so much!

Joy was very sweet at the reception and Dr. Kaur was excellent as she gave a comprehensive review and discussion of my eye health.
