I have been driving from Mt Pleasant SC to this location for 15+ years. They have made some nice updates to the space. The staff is generally kind and professional. Decent options for glasses. And you cannot beat the price. You pay 3xs the price in Mt P. They get you in and out.

I’ve been a patient at this location for many years. The Drs and staff have changed but the great service has remained consistent. Today Shakyeria helped me with purchasing contacts and was a pleasure. Superior customer service and it’s so much more affordable than traditional optometrist office.

They are so unprofessional and my prescription is good for year. They told me it was only good for 30 days and the reason why is because the doctor had required me to come back for something they never found out . what it was, apparently whoever checked me out, only did my prescription for 30 days. It had nothing to do with the doctor. This facility is so unprofessional. It doesn’t make any sense. I will try another facility, but this one is too ghetto.

Thank you so much to the AB staff. I've been a client since I was a kid, but this is my first time experiencing this location since I'm new to the area. Very clean, and very fast! The doctor there (I forget his name) but he is so kind and made me feel like I'd been going to that location forever. I went to pickup my glasses today and to order my contacts now that I'm used to the new prescription. Crystal was absolutely a rockstar! I appreciated so much how she took care of me, got me in and out, & she even straightened up my favorite sunglasses that I wore into the store. So thankful for you, Crystal!
