Today, I took my daughters there to get glasses. We already got an eye prescriptions from there about 2 months ago. Today, we just want to buy the glasses. The front desk did not tell me that the license optician is not there today and I cannot get the glasses today either. The front desk asked for my daughters' name and birthday. She pulled up their charts and put it in a fold along with a copy of the eye prescriptions that I gave it to her. She told me to have a seat in the back waiting area until the other lady is ready for me since that lady has two customers in front of me. I waited for 30 mins until I went to asked when is it going to be my turn? That's when the front desk told me that I won't be able to get the glasses today because they don't have a license optician to help me. I confronted her in front of ther customers, asking why she didn't let me know in the first place? I would not have waited if she had told me that. What am I waiting for then? Wasting my time for nothing. The front desk then lied, trying to save her face, telling me that she did tell me and so is the other lady. No Ma'am! You did not tell me and the other lady said nothing to me except tell me that she's helping two customers and tell me to go to you for help. If the license optician is not there, why the hell did you pull our charts and tell us to wait???? You can't even tell me what I was waiting for. I would not go back to this and I would definitely would not recommend anyone to this place!!

When I first stepped into the busy Bartlett office off Highway 64 in Bartlett, I was worried. I didn’t have much time before the place closed and it was packed. Part of me almost turned around. But to my surprise, Arnold quickly stepped up to assist us. He was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all our questions and didn’t act bothered at all. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I’d be remiss in not singing Arnold’s praises. Give this guy a raise! You definitely earned my business and we will be back
Extremely poor customer service. I scheduled a 9:40 a.m. appointment and was left waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes with no update or explanation. After waiting that long, I chose to walk out. Appointments are meant to respect patients’ time, and this experience did not. The environment felt overly commercial and impersonal. I will be taking my business to a private practice moving forward.
One of the best experiences. Everyone was so friendly. Scheduled an appointment, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr Strumpfler, Trish, Arnold and Jason Derulo were all amazing. Very highly recommend anyone to go see them!
Usually have no issues, but when I came in to pick up two pairs of glasses and employee broke my glasses while adjusting them, didn’t take accountability, asking me to wait an additional two weeks for a new pair. Then, when I came back I was told that the employee that broke my glasses also then reordered the wrong pair. I was given no acknowledgment for the inconvenience and am very disappointed.
