On April 2, 2026, I recieved a phone call to pick up my son's contacts and other documentation needed relative to my son's contact order. There was a bit of confusion after I arrived that was communicated to me from my son of trial contacts he never received on the date of his exam he had over a month ago. I expressed to the ladies at the front desk as they were confused as well; however, they checked their system and advised me to contact my son again to find out if he in fact didn't receive his trial pair of contacts. During all of this, I began to feel extremely anxious. Even though my anxiety was through the roof, the staff were very patient and understanding through it all. We all got to the bottom of what happened. They even walked me through the rebate process for me to receive the rebate on the contacts order. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the staff (Tiffany, Maddy, and Destiny) at the Visionworks Optometrist office. Ladies, you are the best and youall deserve 10 stars🌟 for your EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
The frames at Visionworks Wolfcreek are so beautiful. They have such a huge selection. The employees there are so helpful and knowledgeable, and get you out quickly.
