My daughter got an eye exam here. She was born with a lazy eye in her left eye. Her prescription for the left eye has always been much different than the right. The machine reading showed the the left much different than the right (+4.75 left, +1.50 right), but the written prescription showed both eyes were the same. When questioned, we were told it was "balancing". We were told, since she could not see well in one eye, they made the prescription the same on both eyes for cosmetic reasons (so when someone looks at her, both her eyes would be the same size). She has had incorrect correction on her eyes before and it resulted in consistant migraines. We told the tech this, she refused to entertain correcting the written prescription. I can't believe they would make this decision without consulting the patient first. This has resulted in a waste of time and money.

Do not recommend! They do not respect your time and expect you to wait an hour to an hour and a half AFTER your scheduled appointment time to be seen. This was during the week, during their supposed "slower times" and they were prioritizing walk in's over scheduled appointments. I waited almost an hour and a half from check in and was not seen. When a business makes excuses rather than fix problems it shows who they really are.

I showed up on time for my appointment and left about an hour later. They tell people to expect to be there about an hour from the time of their appointment. I had a contact lens eye exam. When they asked me to "read the smallest text you can see" I was only given two times to do that. And when I was asked "which is better, 1 or 2?" I was only given the choice a couple tomes. I was used to having been given an choice maybe 5 or 6 times at other places. I think they rely heavily on the results of the machine that focuses an image that you look into. One nice thing is that the image of your eye is only $20, not $40 like elsewhere to disgnose complications from diabetes. They also are running a promotion to take $10 0ff your next eye exam if you post on their facebook page. You can ask them for details. All in all, my contact prescription was exactly the same as my previous one.

The Team was a LifeSaver Accommodating my Daughter’s needs with Sincere and Pleasant Efforts. As they cared for my needs I observe their pleasantries with those as “walk-ins” and those with appointments. I extend my Gratitude to Dr. Milan, Raven, Anya and Saha!! I would recommend to All!!:)

I have not been pleased with my post exam experience. I needed a copy of my prescription for contacts so I could order more. On 3 different days I called to have the prescription emailed to me. I never received it. I did not want to have to drive all the way there for something that could be sent via email, but once I got down to my last pair of contacts, I did not have a choice. As I was speaking with the woman at the front desk, she rudely cut me off when I tried to inquire about how I could obtain one pair of contacts while I waited for my order to ship. I've worn glasses/contacts for over 30 years and never had an experience like this and I never will again!
