Teresa Denton and her staff were very nice and polite. They had a great stock of frames to choose from. The process was very quick. I did not have appointment so I was surprised about how quick everyone was. I will go back there again and tell all my frids to go there.

Carl was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about eyeglasses. He took the time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and help me understand the different options without ever making me feel rushed. He made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated his patience and would definitely recommend asking for Carle if you come in!

I have been to America’s best contacts and eyeglasses for a couple of years. Each time has been a very good experience, but this year was exceptional.. The bridge of my glasses snapped I went into the store. They let me know it could not be fixed, but it was time for my eye exam anyway so I was able to see Dr. Board At 9:15 the next morning. It’s the first time I had the privilege of seeing this physician. He was so patient and didn’t rush me through Weather. One screen looked better than the other. I was able to take my time and really make positive decisions based on what I was seeing. Becky assisted in helping me Choose the best frames. The ones I initially chose were the right style, but not the right color for my complexion. Becky was an expert in helping me choose the right color the right size the right frame , She explained the process and the options that would work best for me . I highly recommend this Entire team at America’s eyeglasses And contacts located at Schaad Rd. and Clinton Highway.

This review is less about the business as a whole and more about two of their employees, Amanda and Rachel. I have been going to this location for many years for both myself and my family. At times, the experience has been great, and occasionally it has been less so. Recently, I took my daughter in to get glasses during the last appointment of the day. There was some confusion about which exam we needed, and that was on us for not communicating clearly. When I realized the mix-up at the time of payment and explained the situation to Amanda and Rachel, they worked with me to get it resolved, even though it meant they had to stay a little later than normal. Not once did they show frustration, attitude, or annoyance about staying past closing. They were cordial, patient, and very helpful. At the end of the day, it’s not corporations that make experiences like this work...it’s people. Amanda and Rachel are great examples of excellent customer service.

While I don't have my eyes examined at America's Best, I love the selection, price, and the value of their eyeglass frames. I've bought my last five or six frames there and have been satisfied, but my most recent frames are the absolute BEST! They fit perfectly with no adjustments, are comfortable, and are very attractive. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend America's Best for eyewear.
