I was extremely pleased when wanting a large selection of frames to choose from. Not only were there ample options to choose from; but the staff did not hover trying to sell or guide my choices. The staff was friendly and when asked, helped me select from my number of choices. Shout out to Robert! He was the one who helped me and I absolutely LOVE the ones WE chose!!
Josh at America 's Best in Collierville is absolutely the Best Manager ever!! I had an eye glass problem, but once Josh heard my eye glass problem he stepped in and made everything better. It was so easy and amazing! I was so worried I had to get new glasses but they fixed me up well and got me out before 30 minutes even passed! Very happy with their service and they were also quite nice.
had new lenses put into my own frames at another location, but they accidentally warped the frames, leaving a tiny but noticeable gap between the frame and lens while looking through them. took them to this location, and they quickly found a new pair of my exact frames and popped the lenses into those. no gaps, they were perfect. no charge too. in and out in 5 minutes!
I have two pair of outdated glasses. DO NOT WEAR OLD GLASSES. My vision test changed for the worst in glasses. I got a eye exam for contacts and glasses. I just got my contacts today. They did a good job of charging my insurance.
