Customer service was good. Eye Dr was exceptional & eye exam was a good price.The two for one is not what it use to be. Never saw the breakdown of what they cost & was not offered to me. Did not go that route in buying glasses, but did use a coupon for for 2 pair for a price & replaced my lenses in sunglasses for half of what the 2 for 1 price was. This may be the last time for me, But I've alway been pleased with Visionworks

What a great place to get all your eye care needs met! I am a native of Memphis and always came to Visionworks and got the best quality service. The quality of frames and lenses are amazing! I moved to Alabama for a few years and had to endure Eyecare Associates. Their service and quality of frames was pathetic. My frames would break on an average of every 6-8 months. This consistently happened over a five year period. I’ve been back in Memphis since 2023 and got my glasses from Visionworks that year. I had a problem with one of the hinges coming loose just yesterday. I brought them in and they repaired them at no cost! They are as good as new now! I’m very satisfied with their service and, if I ever move again, I’ll just drive to the closest Visionworks location! Believe me, it’ll be worth the extra effort!

My husband and I have been going here for a while here but last time wasn’t it. When we walked in we were greeted rudely by the employees at the front desk. We checked in and were standing up because the seats were full where you wait. As soon as someone got up we got told to sit down in a disrespectful way. We got through the exam just fine until it came to selecting glasses. I felt completely judged and looked at as I was finding the right pair that looked good on me. I have never felt so uncomfortable at this place until this past time. We will be going to another location next year.

I’ve been going to this location for years now. Everytime it’s been a great experience. They are fast, friendly, and help you get the most out of your benefits. Highly recommend them for both myself and my children.

Associates were friendly and helpful, and they had immediate appointments available. Everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Definitely a nice place if you’re looking for good service without the hassle.
