I had to set up an appointment when my daughter told me she was seeing blurry. I had no idea If she needed glasses. So I called and got an apt next day which was very convenient. We got there a little early and we're greeted as soon as we came in. We are cash Payers so usually we get treated like ulcers in medical facilities. However they didn't act like we were pariah and checked us in. We browsed all the cute glasses and had fun trying them on. Everyone from our exam to the consult with the doctor had a great attitude and awesome customer service with my sensitive 11 year old daughter. Our apt flowed really well and the restroom was really clean. We ended getting 2 clear glass frames with 5 removable faces. The sales rep was really informative. All in all we will definitely recommend this location. I don't wear glasses and our daughter never had an eye exam so we really didnt know what to expect but seeing her eyes through the machines and hearing her be so relaxed in this environment was very comforting knowing she was taken care of.

The manager here was so nice and kind to me and my grandmother. He was so attentive and wouldn’t let us leave without being completely satisfied with the service. His jokes were hilarious and kept the air around us lovely as we waited for our glasses and purchased them. I loved every second of being in this store because of this amazing manager. The office clerk was also phenomenal with her work ethic to help us find glasses. The manager was thorough and kind to us which overall made my experience amazing. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
This was the worst eye exam experience I have ever had in my 20 years of wearing glasses and contacts. Picture this, me in the back room with a new hire who has had 1 day of training, trying her best to administer the various examinations while being unfamiliar with how to operate the equipment. She did not know how to lift or lower the equipment to line up my eye, where to line my eye at, and generally how to administer any of the test. Concerning for the employee, dangerous for the public. I had to return to the examination room with another employee, had the air blown in my eye 6 more times, and they still could not get the correct results. I want to be clear that this is not the employees fault. She was kind and tried her best with the knowledge she had been given. This failure falls on management for not properly training their employees and leaving them on their own to operate equipment they are not comfortable with. This facility and their onboarding process needs to be quickly examined by higher officials. There are clear safety concerns that need to be immediately addressed. The manager and doctor were out at lunch during all of this. 1 hour with no results. I ended up leaving frustrated and without an updated prescription. I will never step foot in this facility or another one of your establishments. Shame on management for putting the employee and myself in that situation.
A pair of my glasses were bent and I took them into the America’s Best in Nashboro Village today. They weren’t bought there so I offered to pay to get them fixed but the gentleman fixed them and cleaned the lenses for me at no charge! Great service and I will definitely go back when I need glasses. Thank you!
Mr. ASlF was very friendly and helpful, and he took great personal interest in assisting me. I would like to thank him once again for his attentive care and friendly demeanor.
