Antioch Eye Care Center Physician & Surgeon

I wish I could give this facility zero stars. My mother’s insurance card wasn’t even looked at or verified, which was very concerning. Throughout our visit, we felt that other patients were treated with more respect than she was. Because my mother wears a hijab (headscarf), we left feeling that she may have been treated differently and discriminated against because she is Muslim. When my mother asked to speak with a manager about our concerns initially, she wasn’t allowed to. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this facility to other Muslim patients. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and without discrimination. I will make sure to let my Muslim community to avoid this place.

I really enjoyed my visit. The front staff were very helpful and welcoming and the doctor was caring and took care of all my concerns. The office is clean, well-organized, and conveniently located. They offer a wide variety of frames, making the selection process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for eye care and eyewear.

I waited for over 30 minutes to be called back and ended up having to leave. They seem to have issues running far behind and not updating patients.

Loved my visit here! Everyone was super nice and welcoming, and the doctor really took time to explain things in a way that made sense. The place is clean, easy to find, and has a chill vibe. They also have a great range of frames, I actually had fun picking mine out. Definitely recommend if you need an eye check or new glasses!
