We had such a pleasant first time visit to Dr. Parker’s office! The staff were incredibly supportive, delightful, and helpful providing us with a top notch experience from start to finish. We appreciate Dr. Parker’s attention to detail, patience, and thoroughness to ensure the proper prescription for our son. We’re so grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend this practice!
My experience was amazing! The location is convenient, and the office is absolutely beautiful inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find a boutique-level optometry practice that accepts my insurance, and they had a great selection of beautiful frames. Meeting Dr. Parker was the highlight of my visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer every question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable. I also really appreciated being able to see a Black optometrist. Representation matters, and it made the experience feel even more welcoming and meaningful. Even in our short interaction, I knew I had found the right provider for my eye care needs. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and my visit was very affordable. The only small downside was that the wait time could have been a little shorter, but overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this office!
I’m so excited that Dr. Parker and Urban Gaze is in Century Farms. My old optometrist retired and I was looking for another one! I have found him! He is so kind and took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. He also has a wonderful and friendly staff! They have really nice frames including the Meta frame! If you are looking for a new eye doctor, I recommend Dr. Parker and Urban Gaze 100 percent!
Dr. Parker’s new location was a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Parker was an absolute delight to talk to; he genuinely cares about his patients. They have an excellent selection of glasses for individuals with or without insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Parker and will definitely be returning soon.
Urban Gaze is a 10/10 for me. Their office is so inviting and has a great overall ambiance. Definitely a more “upscale” experience compared to eye centers like Walmart or America’s Best, which I personally prefer because you feel wanted as their client. Dr. Parker and his staff are exceptionally kind, and made the entire process easy. Absolutely recommend!
