My husband and I love coming to see Dr Parker. We have followed him to 3 different locations now. This one at Urban Gaze is the latest. Beautiful location! We trust his work! He has the best bedside manner. He has been right on the money for all of our eye needs for quite a few years now. It is clear to see he's just a good person with a lot of skill. I wish all my Drs were like that.
My experience was amazing! The location is convenient, and the office is absolutely beautiful inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find a boutique-level optometry practice that accepts my insurance, and they had a great selection of beautiful frames. Meeting Dr. Parker was the highlight of my visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer every question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable. I also really appreciated being able to see a Black optometrist. Representation matters, and it made the experience feel even more welcoming and meaningful. Even in our short interaction, I knew I had found the right provider for my eye care needs. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and my visit was very affordable. The only small downside was that the wait time could have been a little shorter, but overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this office!
I’m so excited that Dr. Parker and Urban Gaze is in Century Farms. My old optometrist retired and I was looking for another one! I have found him! He is so kind and took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. He also has a wonderful and friendly staff! They have really nice frames including the Meta frame! If you are looking for a new eye doctor, I recommend Dr. Parker and Urban Gaze 100 percent!
We had such a pleasant first time visit to Dr. Parker’s office! The staff were incredibly supportive, delightful, and helpful providing us with a top notch experience from start to finish. We appreciate Dr. Parker’s attention to detail, patience, and thoroughness to ensure the proper prescription for our son. We’re so grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend this practice!
I Loved this eye care place the Dr. was kind and friendly. I was impressed how he took his time with my daughter. He was easy going and personable. The customer service desk and the lady who helped us pick the glasses were helpful nice and took time to make sure we were getting the right fit and size. I will definitely be coming here!
