Eyecare Plus provided amazing service. I was visiting family in Nashville and accidentally bent my glasses. I walked in to ask if they could help, and they assisted me right away. They fixed my glasses promptly and did not charge me anything. I was truly blown away by their kindness and generosity. Excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them! I’ll be back for my annual visit since they took such good care of me.

We have been treated very unfairly during our visits to the clinic. We were at the clinic last week, and they scheduled another appointment for today to recheck the contacts. From the beginning, we felt that we were treated with a very poor attitude. Whenever we asked questions, we were met with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. I also asked for a school note for last week’s visit. At first, she said she did not know whether he had been at the clinic or not. Even after she checked and confirmed that we were there last week, she still refused to provide the school note. When we asked someone else for help because we did not know that we specifically had to request it from her, she became upset and started yelling at us. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We experienced poor customer service, a disrespectful attitude, and poor-quality supplies. We expected much better treatment and service from this clinic.
The 3.5-star rating is well earned—and honestly, it may be generous. The number of positive reviews makes me question whether they accurately represent how patients are actually treated. The staff’s rude, unprofessional, and seemingly discriminatory behavior was unacceptable, especially toward a child who left feeling guilty and unwelcome. If this clinic cannot treat every patient with dignity, compassion, and equality, then it seriously needs to reconsider being in the eye-care business.
Awful customer service! You have to almost demand help when you walk in. The lady at the counter to the left is so nasty it’s ridiculous. She needs to get a job that makes her happy! They quoted me almost $300 before I even picked out frames. I declined everything “recommended” and paid $50! I went back to pick up the glasses & was basically handed them and told bye. No offer to make sure they fit which is standard practice! If you don’t give in to the 12 different offers to have your medical insurance ran for unnecessary tests they treat you like crap! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a freaking animal!
I have found my eye care home!! I told them I love them a thousand times before leaving because I was so pleased at how much I paid compared to my old eye care home. Thank you all for making it easy for me and explaining things to where I understand! You guys rock!!!!
