Everything from eye exam to picking out glasses was extremely easy. Hailey was so kind and patient. I picked out a pair of the Pair frames and toppers and another pair of glasses. Will definitely be doing business there in the future.
First time experience and Yvonne was very rude to walk into the exam room and the first thing to say to someone “oh so your the reason I have to stay late” was not a great first expression I recommend training in customer service I get it’s Saturday and nobody wants to work weekends and ready to rush to be home but the customer service she provide was very disappointing. Brittany and Madeline were so sweet and helpful through the end of the process and IF I was to recommend this place in the future it would be due to them
I came in today to check to see if they took my insurance they did! I got to pairs of glasses and Alberto was great and so so helpful. Honestly a wonderful experience, will definitely come back!
First time going there filled out some paperwork he was very helpful without even asking, she took me to the back where there is a waiting room and didn’t wait long at all. The lady doing my eye exam was very nice. I did my eye exam through zoom with the Dr whom was very nice as well. Then I went back to lobby and looked for the glasses I’d been wanting. I found them and bought they are the magnetic glasses and I also bought three toppers to go with my glasses. I plan on collecting a lot of toppers for my glasses. The lady that helped me was also very nice everyone was very nice very attentive and paid attention to my needs. They told me I would get my glasses in two weeks and I did. I’m happy with my glasses. I highly recommend “America’s Best”.
Alberto was a great guy, super helpful in helping me get my contacts. He was able to walk me through everything very smoothly. We’re gonna go crash a wedding in November.
