Optometrist Next To Walmart

My son broke his glasses usually the 2 times i’ve gone to get them re fixed never had an issue before .. and today i went in to get my sons glasses fixed and the worker BRAYDEN was very rude & unprofessional. He said to tell my 5 year old son to not break his glasses or they won’t be fixing them anymore .. but a 5 year old can’t help what they do .. & a kid who has autism at that. None of the ladies never had an issue till i seen this he she.

I don't remember the ladies name that waited on me and my boss, but she was the sweetest and most caring lady there and I want everyone to know their service is fantastic! It did not take long For her to get my eye prescription going and done. So I give the lady and the Gentleman Thomas more than 5 stars I recommend 10 or more. So please go there if you need your eye prescription filled or just getting glasses you won't be disappointed.

I buy my contacts at the Walmart Vision Center, and the staff is always so kind and helpful. They make the process quick and easy every time. Whether I’m picking up an order or asking a question, they’re patient and friendly. It’s definitely one of the better vision centers I’ve been to, and I appreciate how well they take care of customers. I recommend Walmart Visions Center on Loop 289!

I went in for a simple frame width adjustment. Amanda immediately greeted me and made the adjustment. I decided to get some cheap glasses as a dedicated TV-watching set, and she didn’t try pushing me into anything or even come off as a salesperson—she’s just a very kind and welcoming breath of fresh air in a place where good customer service isn’t always easy to come by. I enjoyed her care so much, and she was so “real,” that I upgraded my lenses. I also don’t leave many reviews, but Amanda at WalMart Vision & Glasses sets the standard for helpfulness in her field and people should hear good news for once. I’ll look for her again when I need eye care.
