Probably the worst experience at any optometrist in 20 years. Didn't seem like anyone knew anything, or really cared. Felt like a car dealership, but worse. At least at a dealership they treat you like you exist. Never again at this location.
The 2 young women that helped after the doctor did the exam were extremely rude not welcoming from the time we walked in. There was a young lady there that sat near the front door that was really nice and she tried her best to make up for the other two that were so rude. They never even called to tell us the glasses were in after this experience will never go back. This was the Lewisville, Tx Location and I only gave 2 stars because of the young lady that was nice out of the 3. I have 4 more people needed exams and again will find a different company.
This young lady was so awesome. Help me readjust. My glasses always had a smile on her face and just was incredibly polite. You should be given six stars instead of five maybe even seven.!! Chad
Customer's may want to use America's Best for their vision care but this is a location you may want to skip. Customer service is a foreign concept. When I had lenses replaced I specifically requested I didn't want the AR coating and they added it and charged me anyway. Maybe the gentleman has an issue comprehending requests. I know that my family would never use this store.
Update: they connected with me and helped sort this out. Appreciate the quick response! Changing my rating to 5 stars. Previous rating: The doctor is good. No wait times as such and they have quick service. My only complaint was that they charged me 55$ for “Contact Lens Fit and Follow-up” without actually giving me this service. I think next time, i will just take prescription from them and order contact lenses separately from the manufacturer.
