i came in for an appt on a saturday. i was barely greeted. after they took my name, i was told to take a look or have a seat to wait. only to have to wait 25 more minutes to be seen. what’s the point of an appt? i would have appreciated to know they were behind or something. time is money. and if you are late, let customers know. or maybe it was the fact i was the ONLY black person in this location. in a nutshell if you can, find another place for an eye exam. i’m about 5 minutes from walking out with no appt. (fyi the chairs by the rr are not a good look, you can hear everything happening in there 🤮)

I wrote a review yesterday about the issues I had with this store and gave it a 1. I went back today and spoke with Thomas the manager and he help me out more than I was expecting. He was so nice, patient and helpful. I feel like if I would have spoken with him yesterday the issue I had would have not upset me so much. So after my visit today I had to change my rating.. Thomas was amazing

My experience at America's Best was excellent. The wait time wasn't long, and the professionalism of the staff was awesome! I would like to say Presley was very patient with me, and very thorough in explaining my options. That to me speaks volumes.

Presley has always been a huge help to my wife and I whenever we have eye care and accessory needs, but today she went above and beyond our expectations. We are America’s Best lifers! Thank you so much Presley and the team at America’s Best!
