I came in today for them to repair my glasses since on one side the leg had bent and in the other one the little screw fell off. They were really nice about it, only took like 10 mins to get them fix and they are perfect again thank you so much for your help. Great service!!

My 17-year-old daughter came in for her yearly eye exam and to order contacts, and our whole family was extremely pleased from start to finish. Dr. Tran was professional, patient, thorough, and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. He explained everything clearly and treated us with real care, not like we were just another appointment on the schedule. I also want to give special recognition to the General Manager, Mrs. Margaret. She was absolutely wonderful — kind, helpful, organized, and clearly committed to making sure customers are taken care of the right way. You can tell when a place is being managed well, and this location definitely is. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Worst product ever bought my glasses they had micro scratches within 3 months, then got a replacement under the warranty, well within months, same issue, now almost a year, I can’t see because of all the scratches. They told me the first time that it was the way I cleaned them , well got the product la from their store and had the same issue. I called today because I got my son glasses from a different place(10 yr old) and yes it has some scratches like 3 and 1 big one but that is understandable. Not even the dollar tree reading glasses are these bad. When I called today the guy said is because they are plastic lenses that I should have gone with the other ones, well I am glad the lady that help out that day DIDN'T EXPLAIND THAT. Never going back!

I had purchased two sets of glasses a couple of weeks ago, one pair for reading and one pair for long distance. Yesterday I had an accident in which the glasses that I was wearing were destroyed. I had misread the information on the paperwork given when I purchased the glasses and was under the impression that they were warrantied for the first year. I went in to see about having them replaced and I was informed that I had not purchased the warranty. A complete oversight on my part. The Assistant Manager Andrea heard my dilemma and offered to replace my glasses free of charge since i had just bought them. This was a huge help and blessing! Thank you, Andrea for going above and beyond and proving that some businesses still care about customer satisfaction!

Average experience. Be careful the ladies that explain your insurance benefits tell you certain things are not covered when they are. I figured this out when I did exam there and didn't like any glasses there. Went to another place to buy glasses and the things americas glasses said were not included really were included. So people please check with your insurance before making a purchase of glasses or contacts
