Professional across the board. From the front desk, to techs all the way to the coordinator and my favorite the scheduler Ms.Alexis V. She offered feedback that I forgot to ask. Also she found the most perfect days for my son appointment. Sn my kid lost his EarPods && the staff helped him look for them. That was love. We appreciate you all. ❤️

My wife has had cataract surgery and has been a patient with them. Always amazing how professional the entire staff is. I just had evaluation on my vision and cataract issues. The staff and Dr Kim Pham are absolutely amazing they explained each test and Dr Pham went through the details of results and options. She always put what is best for me and my situation first. ! This place is the best place in the world for eye care. They are there for your when you need it. I had an urgent need and a doctor returned my call on a Saturday night, then set up an appointment to meet me on Sunday, opened the office to evaluate my eye issue and scheduled surgery for the next day. AND, the staff is very kind and friendly, very helpful, and makes you feel welcome. My surgery was completed by a great doctor and I went home with my eye repaired. This is rare these days and I am a dedicated loyal patient because they really care, know what they are doing, and do what it takes to take care of the patient. Thank you Eye Center of Texas!!!!

I should have read the reviews before made an appointment. I don't plan on returning to this office. 1. they have a sign that says if it's 15 mins passed your appointment please let us know. (AS IF that makes a difference.) 2. Online showed a cheaper price and the receptionist said sometimes the amount is off. By over 100? 3. The receptionist is rude. She shorted us 5$. Simple math. I went right back to complain. Later she says the amount online was correct. and hands me over 100. which means the other times we were over paying. The docs are Great, I'm not sure if they are aware of the staff overbooking and being expected to be sitting in the waiting room for over 4 hours. 4. There was no vending machine and my husband has diabetes, his sugar dropped that's how long we waited. just got a room at 6 pm. That is RIDICULOUS. The office manager was no help either. And we are cash patients. while that's not the offices fault if we pay about 800$ every visit I expect the service to be better. I will not come back to this location again. i wish i could put zero stars. There's absolutely No customer service.

I can't understand anyone writing a negative review. I have seen several doctors to correct my eye issues. All have been professional , down to earth and most of all solved my issues. From the front desk to check out everyone was kind, attentive and professional. It is a busy practice so there is a wait period but I never found it excessive. A successful medical practice is going to atteact patients waiting for their help.
