Our family have been clients of America’s best in Arizona for over 10 years. Recently, we moved to Texas and just had our first experience at the San Marcos location. Wow! Every single staff member, including the doctor was so helpful and professional, and they knew what they were doing. Often in Arizona, we felt as if the staff was clueless. It was quite a different experience for us, and we are grateful that we decided to stick with the same company for our eye care needs after moving states.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have received from America’s Best. My recent experience has been far below the standard any customer should expect, and it has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. My eye exam was not what I expected, and the quality of care during that visit already raised concerns. However, the situation became worse when I attempted to fill my prescription. I had to return to the store a second time because the prescription provided for my glasses was incorrect. This mistake caused unnecessary inconvenience, additional travel, and a delay in receiving the eyewear I paid for. When I returned a third time to pick up my glasses, the store manager dismissed my concerns entirely. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he spoke to me in a condescending manner, as if I were confused or incapable of understanding the situation. I was treated as though I were an “old senile female,” which was insulting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Since then, I have been calling the customer service line repeatedly. Each time, I am told that my message will be relayed and that someone will contact me. It has now been almost two months, and I have not received a single phone call, voicemail, email, or any form of communication from anyone at America’s Best. At this point, it is clear that customer concerns are not taken seriously. The lack of follow‑up alone speaks volumes about how little value this company places on the people who trust it with their vision and their money.
Just want to say what an awesome experience we had at America’s best and Atlas took care of us. She was so awesome. Full of energy and charisma and she helped us through the entire process because of her we will continue to come back. Thank you Atlas and have a great day.
I went in to get the 2 pairs of glasses for $89 recently just as I had done 2 years prior and explained my situation and that I absolutely had to have them in 3 days. Everything was going along smoothly picked out my frames and saw the optometrist. As I was sitting down to begin checkout I again stated that I needed to have them and just a couple of days and I was told after paying for everything fixing to leave that they would not be in for another 2 weeks. Now this goes along with the unbelievably rude receptionist. I do not remember the staff being so unfriendly and just put out by actually having to do their job.
Grace and Brooke were amazing! I sat on my glasses and needed them ASAP. They jumped on it and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Give them a raise!
