The office is always so inviting and clean. The staff is so nice and patient with everyone. I’ve watched how they interacted with other people and they are so nice. Dr Day is so professional and takes the time to listen you. I think she is great.

Terrible experience. Go somewhere else. You will see 4 different people in an appointment that lasts over 2 hours, everytime. The wait is ridiculous in between rooms. The people in the rooms are barely professional. They don't tell you what they are going to do. They just bombard you with requests. There is no care, no careful attention, no rapport. Find another retina doctor.

I have been so pleased with Austin Retina. I go to the San Marcos facility and they’re So very nice. I will continue to go for the rest of my treatments. Dr. Wood is very kind and explains everything that is going on. This is important to me. If I could give them more than a five star I would.

Dr. Storey was very professional, informative, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. All of the staff here are always friendly, pleasant and explain the test and procedure they are performing.
