went in to get my glasses readjusted and told the lady at the desk they were too tight. she made them even tighter and then when i told her i had said i needed them loosened she said “Sorry I wasnt paying attention” then she didnt even bother to clean them after touching her hands all over the frames and smudging them. IMO go to the Fairmont Plaza location instead the whole staff there is much better and patient.
Whoever is reminding the patients of their appointment needs to do better or fired. My husband cannot answer the phone due to being at work, he gets a phone call the day of his appointment and he was not able to pick up, After they hang up they send a text saying they cancelled his appointment due to not confirming. Seriously? Do ya’ll cancel everyone’s appointment just because they can’t answer to confirm? that just sounds like the employees don’t wanna see any clients, or don’t wanna work.

I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam & to get new glasses. I walked in a little after 10:30 a.m. & I was walking out by 11:24 a.m. Everything was fast, professional, neat & an overall good experience. Everyone I encountered were very nice & pleasant. I really enjoyed receiving help from Gizell. She made my transaction comfortable like I was conversing with a friend. Oh & she is a Virgo like myself, thanks America’s best. I will be back next year for my yearly eye exam.
