Making an appointment was super easy and quick! We were able to secure a same day appointment! When me and my husband walked in everyone was friendly and took care of us! Bianca was awesome, she explained the layout, helping us navigate the display glasses. She was very sweet with our son, complimenting him on every pair he came to model for her! Jessica was also kind and awesome, helping me with my preliminary eye exam. Dr. Chain Shi OD was super friendly and patient! She made me feel comfortable and gave me very good information for my next steps in eye care! My family wants to give Bianca a huge last final shoutout and hope you’re not too mad at us girl but we love you and thanks for being a good sport. Definitely had a candid moment, I know you’ll hate the photo though 🤣. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at American Best! Aleida was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful while assisting us in choosing glasses for my son. He has a very high prescription, and it’s usually very difficult to find a place that can make the lenses he needs. Here, it wasn’t a problem at all—they were able to order exactly what he needed. A special thank you to the manager, Sara, who was incredibly kind and gave us a great deal. Their customer service went above and beyond, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. We highly recommend this location at Channelview. Also I made an appointment for eye evaluation and Aleida was very helpful in helping me schedule the appt.

It was my first time going to America's Best. I was very happy with the service that I was provided. Glenda was great! She explained all the pricing and insurance benefits that I had very thoroughly. The exam was very detailed and all my questions were answered very well. My overall experience was a Great one, and I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this has been hands down THE best experience I’ve had compared to other competitors. All of the staff are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Shi communicated well by helping me answer any eye concerns. Amanda helped understand insurance coverage, and was eager to help in the selection of multiple frames. I also left very satisfied with the choice of my glasses (other competitors offer limited selection of glasses). I will definitely be coming back and refer friends/family to this location.
