For my first time visit to the facility, it was a wonderful experience. The Tech, Morgan made me feel comfort n her personality was very pleasant. The doctor double checked my eyes and explained the results to me. He asked if I had any questions at all!. I did not have to wait hours for my visit or results. Keep up the great work!

Great from the front to the Doctor. Very respectful, very personable and caring. This office actually cares about you. I will never go anywhere else. 10 stars.

I waited for an hour in the front waiting area before I politely said something and they said they were backed up which in return I told them the last appointment lasted 2 hours before I was seen. I was called from the front waiting area to be called to the back to be seen by one of the girls who checked my eyes, then sat in another waiting area to be seen by the Dr. I waited another 1 hr and 15 minutes before I told them I had to leave to another appointment not thinking an eye dr appointment would last over 2 hours and not to been seen by the dr. I notified the front desk I was leaving because I had another appointment to get to. So I left without being seen by the Dr, without a prescription and irritated that I wasted so much time. A well woman appointment doesn’t even take this long. Eye dr appointments should be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour from beginning to end. NOT over 2 hours. I think they may be over booking appointments. I will be finding a new eye Dr for next year’s eye exam.
