Honestly, I’m so disappointed in this so called “visit” we literally went in there to just look for frames. The lady with the blond ish hair, already pulled our insurance without our consent. Not sure if she thought we were stupid or something. And she also told us about the pictures behind our eyes. Trying to charge us 50 dollars each, absolutely NOT. But luckily I did research enough to say it is optional to just have the drops done. Not sure if she was trying to be a “sales” person but nowadays you can’t even walk into for a MEDICAL eye exam without trying to sell you something that’s not covered by insurance.. I mean if that’s what you are all doing nowadays what’s the point of having insurance? After she pulled out information we went somewhere else. And they had a hard time having our insurance pulled because this location thought it was okay to do so, all I could say is they are dedicated to take advantage of this community. Don’t come here. And don’t respond with “sorry for your experience” cause you aren’t you’ll just keep doing it.
