​I had an absolutely amazing 10/10 experience! The entire staff was welcoming from the second I walked through the door. David made check-in quick and pleasant, and Neesha was a fantastic tech—super knowledgeable with a great personality. Dr. Shannon was right on time, extremely thorough, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. ​A huge shoutout to Hanna for being beyond helpful with my glasses! She walked me through every lens option in detail, shared her incredible wealth of knowledge, and made sure I took advantage of every discount to get the absolute best deal. I couldn't be happier with the care I received and highly recommend them to anyone!

I had such an amazing experience at this America’s Best location! Dr. Lamb made my visit so fun and enjoyable… I never thought I would say I had a great time at the eye doctor, but I truly did. You can tell she genuinely loves her job. She was patient, answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and is truly a great eye doctor. The rest of the team was also wonderful. Melinda helped me purchase my glasses and was very patient, kind, and helpful. Hanna at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Nisha did my pre-exam testing before I saw the doctor and did a great job while also being very nice. Ashton helped me when I came back a second time to buy contacts, and he made sure I had everything I needed with kindness and professionalism. Patricia, the manager, was also very nice, understanding, and clearly working hard to make sure everything was taken care of. There may be other employees there as well, but these are the team members I personally interacted with, and each of them made my experience excellent. I’ve been going to America’s Best at different locations for about a decade, and I’m grateful to say this was by far my best experience. Highly recommend!

Great visit, as always! Everyone who assisted me was super friendly and helpful! My eye doctor is super cool and sweet. (Her name escapes me, my bad) Deanna was the one helping me order my frames, she’s very knowledgeable and explains everything you need to know before you leave.

Went in today and met David at the counter. He was absolutely sweet and had very good humor. Tests were very casual and he made it fun. Dr.Lamb was also very upbeat and sweet and probably the one of the nicest doctors I’ve seen even outside of the eyecare world. The last person we interacted with was Ashton who was very easy going and it was awesome to sit and chat about video games inbetween getting our glasses and contacts order. 10/10 had a grand time and will return for yearly exams for sure!

The University location was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you to Melinda, who was outstanding. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure all of our questions were answered. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional. This is exactly why we continue to choose America’s Best.
