The new manager Jenna and the assistant were awesome! very friendly, Helped me picked out frames that fit my wider face. The process was easy and they answered all my question while explaining everything thoroughly while working with my budget. Go shop with them!
The screw and hinges that held my left temple of my glasses was broken and I came to VisionWorks at the Post Oak Mall and the fixed it for me in minutes FREE OF CHARGE! When I asked if they took tips they kindly rejected and told me to leave a review instead. I wish I could’ve asked for their names but it was a guy and a girl working the opening shift on Monday Jan. 26th. They were so helpful and fixed my issue super quickly. Thank you so much. My girlfriend was very happy with the results.
This was my first time going to this eye doctor and I was very pleased with my first appointment as well as the choosing of the frame process. The employees were very nice and very informative. I arrived early for my appointment, but went to the wrong place in the mall and was still able to be seen and was given instructions over the phone as I walked to the other side of the mall to be seen. The optometrist was very nice and very professional. He was very good at explaining what the terms meant he used and didn’t just speak medical jargon . I would also like to include that Brenden went above and beyond to help me and explain what I was getting vs what I needed in an affordable way and I left very satisfied. I was going to order my glasses at a later date and decided to come back w cash and get them. The choices weren’t the most expensive I’ve seen even w/o insurance and I was very pleased w the selection and how they had it organized by shape of frames as well as in depth explanations of terms and choices I didn’t understand. Leah was very helpful as well, and very polite. My only wish is that it didn’t take 2 weeks as I have been needing my glasses more as I’m getting older and my vision isn’t the same, but very smooth process and informative staff.
I loved the associate that helped me, but the quality of frames wasn’t good, I picked up my new pair and the lenses were loose. Took them back and when I got them back again one of the legs was bent, frames were chipped and one of the lenses was still loose. So I went with a completely different frame. -Elizabeth
The doctor was very professional and friendly and so was the person that helped me with my glasses. Price was reasonable as well!
