Let me start of this review by saying Taryn is beyond phenomenal. Her dedication to ensure I got the best deal getting a second pair of glasses to go with the one insurance was covering was the only reason I got a second pair. She was attentive and addressed every concern that arised. Taryn is dedicated and her attention to detail and customers concerns is what makes her a valuable asset to LensCrafters. Ask for her and you will truly feel like your getting more than a pair of glasses, you will get customer service and care far beyond your expectations!!

Review long overdue! I’ve been coming to LensCrafters for over a decade, and they never disappoint. They have a fantastic selection of styles, but the real standout is the customer service. I stopped by today to have my sunglasses lenses swapped, and a gentleman on the team took the time to patiently walk me through the process step-by-step. He made it look like an art form! I’m so grateful for the hands-on help and the welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for my next pair.

Staff here are always very nice and helpful! Went in to get replacement nose pads on my glasses & they happened to have exactly what I needed further than what I was expecting when coming to the store. Taryn helped me today and was super kind/professional! She got me in and out and went beyond expectations ! Thanks!

Customer service was great! I was asked whether or not I'd like help when I walked in, and when I said I was just looking for now, the team respected it and let me look around by myself. I felt no pressure from any of the employees to buy glasses. When I did decide on the pair, the representative walked me through multiple price quotes, and I was grateful that the employee took such effort in making sure I was 100% confident in my purchase. Great place, great prices!
