Only go to this location if you like waiting. I had an appointment to have an eye exam at the Huntsville Texas location today. When I walked in two of the employees were having a discussion about one of the other employees who apparently did not show up for work today. The two workers were on opposite sides of the room talking loudly. One of the employees said she would be with me in a minute. She proceeded with the conversation with the other worker for a few minutes before coming over to ask what I needed. I then waited 35 min past the time of my scheduled appointment. When I went in for the pretest , The woman doing the per- testing didn’t seem to have the slightest idea how to adjust the equipment or how to operate it. I Then sat and waited to see the Doc. Now I had been there an hour past my appointment time before the doc called me in. Saw Doc for 10 min( very nice man and seemed competent). Was told to sit and wait to see the next person. Sat for 15 min then went to see what I was waiting for . I was not getting glass or contacts today. Was told she would be with me as soon as possible. After 10 more minutes she finally looked at my chart and asked if I had the club membership, even though it says “CLUB”, is highlighted, and circled on the paperwork. When I said yes she says “ Oh , I’m sorry, your exam is free. There was no need to wait, you’re all set.” This location needs a completely new set of employees that have a clue about what they are doing. Robert Hill

We came to this place and everything was good at first. They helped us with our daughter’s first warranty claim, but after taking her glasses apart, they told us the warranty could only be used one time. I was surprised because I thought the warranty covered more than one replacement or repair, and I couldn’t find anything posted or explained that stated it was a one-time warranty. It would have been helpful if that policy had been clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the experience started off well, but the lack of clarity regarding the warranty was disappointing. Update: they reach out and fix my issue thank you

I had a really great experience at America’s Best! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. Alex was especially helpful and made the whole process really easy. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was while helping me. Overall, such a smooth experience with great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I witness the most incredible moment with the manager taking care of a little boy who wouldn’t stay still. This lady went above and beyond to get him to do his glasses, she was so patient and so kinds and they laughed and giggled and she made it so easy for that family, everybody that was there was just happy to see this type of customer service. The location is great the staff is very pleasant, it was really busy on Saturday but that didn’t stop them from providing a great service.

Mykal and Shanell made the whole experience so positive that I had my oldest daughter make an appointment. Even with extremely bad eyes, we were able to get 3 pairs altogether for less $800. Mykal is extremely knowledgeable and Shanell is a delight to be around.
